Refund Policy

At Vito, we are committed to ensuring that our members are completely satisfied with their luxury concierge experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our refund policy.

**Refund Eligibility for Metal Membership Card Subscription**


**Cancellation Period**: Members have a grace period of 14 days from the date of receiving their Vito Metal Membership Card to cancel their subscription for a full refund.

**Condition of the Card**: To process the refund, the Metal Membership Card must be returned in its original condition and without any signs of wear or damage.

**Activation**: Refunds will only be issued if the card has not been activated. Once activated, the subscription is considered to be in full use, and the member is not eligible for a refund.

**Pro-Rated Refunds**: After the 14-day grace period, members may still cancel their subscriptions at any time, but refunds will be pro-rated based on the remaining term of the subscription. –

**Services Rendered**: If any concierge services have been utilized within the 14-day period, the cost of these services will be deducted from the total refund amount.

**Process for Requesting a Refund**

1. **Notification**: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at [[email protected]] within the specified grace period.

2. **Return Instructions**: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your Metal Membership Card.

3. **Refund Issuance**: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned card, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

**Non-Refundable Circumstances**

  • Membership renewals.
  • Cards reported as lost or stolen.
  • Any membership fees incurred after the activation of services.


We may, at our discretion, consider exceptions to this policy in cases of extenuating circumstances. Any exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
